Kim Cattrall
Kim Victoria
Cattrall (born 21 August 1956) is an British and Canadian actress. She is most
famous for her role in Sex and the City's Samantha Jones (1998-2004), in which
she was nominated for five Emmy Awards and four Golden Globe Award nominations.
She also won the 2002 Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Artistress. The
role was reprised in the films Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2
(2010). Cattrall's film debut was in Rosebud (1975) as well as she continued to
appear in different roles on television. The 1980s saw Cattrall rose to
prominence with films such as Ticket to Heaven (1981), Police Academy (1984)
and Hold-Up (1985). She has also appeared in City Limits (1985), Big Trouble in
Little China(86), Mannequin (1987), Masquerade (1888), Midnight Crossing (1988)
and The Return of the Musketeers (1989). Tribute (1980), Porky's(1981), Turk
182 (85), and Baby Geniuses(1999) were some of her appearances. Her credits in
films include The Bonfire of the Vanities (90), Star Trek VI The Undiscovered
Country(91) as well as Split Second(92), Above Suspicion (1995) and 15 Minutes
(2001), Crossroads(2002), Ice Princess (2006), My Boy Jack (2007). Meet Monica
