the SAG Award and the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress. The other
notable films she's performed in are Max Payne (2008) and The Book of Eli
(2010). The actress also appeared in the romantic comedy Friends with Benefits

into a Ukrainian Jewish family on August 14th, 1983 in Chernivtsi, a city in
the Ukrainian SSR of the Soviet Union (now Ukraine).Her mother, Elvira, is a
Physics teacher who manages an establishment for pharmacy. Her father, Mark
Kunis, is an engineer in the mechanical field who works as a cab driver. Kunis
has an elder brother, Michael. Her parents were Holocaust survivors. Her mother
tongue, as well as the typical language spoken in her family is Russian.
